This series includes exercises for all levels- including chair and standing exercises. Follow the schedule or create your own based on your capabilities.
Once a week, do Front of the body during the hamstring months to balance your hamstring training and to insure the tissues in the front of your body are healthy, to get better results with your hamstrings and pelvis.
For days 29,30/31, you may pick a full body flow, take a rest day, or do any flow that you feel is appropriate for you.
You can certainly do more flows or less in one day. Adjust as per how you feel.
If you miss a day, don't worry you can do 2 flows or more in one day ;)
