Day 1: Liver (LV) - Gall Bladder (GB) Sets
Day 2: Lung (LU) - Large Intestine (LI) Sets
Day 3: Full Body Flow
Day 4: Pancreas (PA) - Stomach (ST) Sets
Day 5: Heart (HE) - Small Intestine (SI) Sets

Day 6- Rest/Live Class
Day 7- Rest

Day 8: Sexual (SE) - Brain (BR) Sets
Day 9: Pericardium (PE) - Skin (SK) Sets
Day 10: Full Body Flow
Day 11: Kidney (KI) -Bladder (BL) Sets
Day 12: Appendix (AP) -Thymus (TH) Sets

Day 13: Rest/Live Class
Day 14: Rest

Day 15: Liver (LV) - Gall Bladder (GB) Sets

Day 17: Full Body Flow

Day 27: Live Class/Rest
Day 28: Rest

Notes: Do an extra optional set of 8 reps of each exercise (as I have done), at the end of your session, on your own, if you've internalized the exercises or wish to self practice.
If you want to further add an additional set(s), please do so.

For days 29,30/31, you may pick a full body flow, take a rest day, or do any flow that you feel is appropriate for you.

You can certainly do more flows or less in one day. Adjust as per how you feel.

If you miss a day, don't worry you can do 2 flows or more in one day ;)
